• Meet the crew: Join us in Methven early in the morning and meet your pilot and ground crew.
• Watch the balloon take shape: See the balloon being prepared and inflated—an exciting part of the experience.
• Climb aboard: After a safety briefing, step into the basket and get ready for take-off.
• Float above Canterbury: Drift with the breeze over the plains, enjoying views towards Mt Hutt and the Southern Alps. Every flight follows the wind, so the route and views vary.
• Land and celebrate: After landing, the crew will help pack away the balloon and bring you back to the meeting point.
