What’s Included Each Velocity Pass gives you a set number of ride credits to use on our standard rides: Standard rides = 1 pass each Premium ride = 3 passes Standard rides include: Agrojet, Freefall Xtreme, Shweeb Racer and Swoop Premium rides include: Vertigo Sharing Your Pass Velocity 1 Pass is for individual use only and cannot be shared. Velocity 2 Pass and above can be shared with friends or family, or keep all the rides for yourself. No judgment here. Up to 6 people per package. Vertigo Ride Rules Vertigo is not included by default in any pass unless you redeem 3 ride credits towards it. Booking Validity & Transfers All passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your pass to someone else. We’re flexible – - just contact us at 0800 949 888. Refund Policy We have a no refund policy. However, we’re always happy to help you reschedule or transfer your experience within the 12-month validity window. Discounts & Gift Cards Discount codes do not apply to gift cards.
